This guide will help you to understand how to change or cancel your Vizydrop subscription plan.
How to cancel your Vizydrop subscription
In case you would like to cancel your Vizydrop subscription and stop recurring billing please follow the steps below
- Open charts space you want to cancel subscription
- Click Plan icon in left vertical menu
- Click Manage button in active plan blue area
- Click Cancel Subscription button
How to upgrade your Vizydrop space
In case you would like to upgrade or downgrade your Vizydrop subscription plan please follow the steps below
- Open charts space you want to upgrade
- Click Upgrade icon in left vertical menu
Select plan to upgrade or downgrade and provide credit card if required
